These terms and conditions govern all bookings, services, and transactions made with Elysian Travels & Events (eTravels), located at Umeme Court, Railways HQ, Nairobi, Kenya. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Bookings & Payments.
All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the travel date for standard packages, or 24 hours before for transfers and ticketing. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and issuance of a booking voucher. eTravels reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings without notice.
Pricing.
All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, park fees, exchange rates, and supplier pricing. Your confirmed and deposited booking price will not change after confirmation except in cases of government-imposed levies or taxes.
Changes & Amendments.
Date and itinerary changes are subject to availability and may incur additional supplier fees. eTravels will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Changes must be requested in writing and are only confirmed upon written acknowledgement from eTravels.
Third Party Suppliers.
eTravels acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers. While we carefully vet all suppliers, eTravels is not liable for the acts, omissions, failures, or negligence of any third-party supplier. Any complaints regarding supplier services should be raised with us in writing within 14 days of returning from travel.
Visa & Travel Documents.
It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. eTravels provides visa assistance as a facilitation service only and does not guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for any losses arising from a client's failure to obtain the correct documentation.
Liability.
eTravels' liability to any client for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the booking in question. eTravels is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government action.
Governing Law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.For questions regarding these terms contact us at info@etravels.co.ke or +254 753 619 270.
